A vital piece of developing a relatively consistent meditation practice is to practice with others in community, and I’m excited to offer weekly practice sessions with readings and discussions of meditation-related topics such as compassion, tolerance, forgiveness, happiness, self-care and self-discipline.

At the moment, I have an active community called “Dudes Abiding” for men only which you can learn more about on the Dudes Abiding Community Page!

Training

This course is currently not being offered, though if you may be interested in taking it in the future, please let me know!

“Meditation Made Manageable” is the main course I offer where you’ll learn how to 1) practice mindfulness meditation, and 2) build a sustainable and consistent practice, thereby “managing” to meditate regularly. For more information and to register, check out the course page!
